基于文献计量的国内健康信息行为研究现状与热点分析

Research on Health Information Behavior in China Based on Bibliometric Analysis

目的对国内有关健康信息行为领域的文献进行计量学分析,旨在掌握该领域的研究概况、热点和趋势。方法在知网、维普、万方三大全文数据库中检索健康信息行为领域的文献,并用Excel和可视化分析软件Vosviewer对数据从发表时间、载文期刊、作者单位、作者、关键词聚类、下载频次和被引频次进行分析和处理。结果发文量从2005年起基本呈递增趋势;期刊论文共发表在157种期刊上,其中41种被北大核心收录,59种被统计源期刊收录;国内外的参与单位有257家,武汉大学信息资源研究中心发文最多;参与的作者有731位,主要的研究团队有4个;关键词聚类图谱揭示该领域的研究可聚为6个大类。结论健康信息行为领域的研究虽较为分散,缺乏核心研究团队,但载文期刊质量较高,目前的研究重点为健康信息查寻行为,研究关注度日益增高,研究空间很大,值得广大研究者关注。

Objectives To make a bibliometric analysis on health information behavior in China so as to grasp the situation,hot spot and trend of health information behavior research.Methods Literatures on health information behavior in CNKI,VIP and Wanfang databases were searched.Publication time,journals,author units,authors,keywords,download frequency and cited frequency of the literatures were analyzed by using Excel and Vosviewer.Results The number of papers has been increasing since 2005.Papers were published in 157 journals.Specifically,41journals were Peking University Core Journals,and 59 journals were Statistical Source Journals.There were 257 institutions at home and abroad,and the research center of information resources of Wuhan University is the institution with the largest number of published papers.There were731 authors and 4 major teams.The key words can be divided into six categories.Conclusion Although the research in the field of health information is relatively scattered and lacks of core research team,its quality is relatively high.At present,the research focus is mainly on the research of health information seeking behavior.The research space is very large,which deserves the attention of the researchers.
