XianyingheHydropower Station is proposed to construction.The project undergoes investment estimation and economic evaluation before the implementation thereof in order to determine the feasibility of the project.The economic internal rate of return(EIRR)of the project is 12.85%,which is greater than the social discount rate of 8%according to calculation.The economic net present value(ENPV,I=8%)is 57169 thousand yuan,which is greater than 0;the economic benefits-cost ratio(EBCR)is 1.45,which is greater than 1.The national economic benefit meets the requirements.Meanwhile,flood disasters can be reduced in the project according to analysis.It can provide irrigation water for the surrounding farmland.It also can protect the ecological environment with strong social benefits.
