地铁车站无梁体系受力性能分析

摘要 研究目的:地铁车站无梁体系相较传统的梁柱结构体系具有建筑空间大、能有效降低层高、减少车站埋深、施工支模简单、钢筋绑扎方便、设备安装方便、施工速度快等优点,但受力较为复杂,应用较少。本文以苏州地铁某标准车站为例,通过应用有限元分析软件Midas GEN,对竖向荷载下无梁体系与梁柱体系内力进行对比分析,得到无梁体系的内力分布规律及配筋建议,从而为地铁车站无梁体系的设计提供依据。研究结论:(1)无梁体系内力分布更加均匀,除框柱一定范围外,梁柱体系构件及配筋均满足受力需求;(2)相比梁柱结构,无梁体系仅需在框柱一定范围内加强,整体造价有所降低;(3)无梁体系的采用能增加车站的灵活性,降低车站的施工难度,对轨道交通工程建设具有重大意义。 Research purposes:Compared with traditional beam-column structure,slab-column system has the advantage of larger clearance,effectively reducing the height,reducing the buried depth of the station,simple construction,easy to bind the steel,convenient to install the equipment and quick construction,but it is rarely used as the complex force state.This paper takes a standard station of Suzhou as an example,by using the finite element analysis software Midas GEN,the beam-column structure and slab-column system under the vertical load are compared and analyzed,the internal force distribution and the suggestion of the reinforcement are obtained,which provides the basis for the design of the slab-column system in the subway station.Research conclusions:(1)The stress distribution of slab-column system is more regular,in addition to a certain range of frame column,the component and reinforcement of beam-column structure can all meet the stress requirements.(2)Compared with the beam-column structure,the whole cost of slab-column system can be reduced by strengthening the frame column in a certain range.(3)Slab-column system can increase the flexibility,reduce the construction difficulty,and have a great significance for the construction of urban rail transit.
