摘要
数据机房作为信息行业发展的重要支撑,近年来,随着信息技术的飞速发展,数据机房在规模和数量上也不断增加。随着数据机房发热密度的逐渐提高,对数据机房排热的要求也越来越高。传统集中式送风冷却系统由于存在气流掺混和受风机能耗的限制,已经难以满足高发热密度机房的散热需求;本文对热管空调系统进行了介绍和分析,阐明了其在高发热密度机房的适用性和节能性。并对北京某机房进行了实际改造测试,测试结果表明,热管空调系统能够在保证机房散热要求的前提下达到约20%的全年节电率。
Data center is the most important support of information industry.In recent years,with the rapid development of information technology,data center is growing in size and number.The requirement of heat transfer in data center becomes higher and higher with the increase of heat generation density of servers in data center.The traditional centralized supply air cooling system has been difficult to meet the demand of heat dissipation in high heat density data center due to the air flow mixing and restriction of fan energy consumption.In this paper,the heat pipe air conditioner system is introduced and analyzed.Its application and energy saving in high heat density data center is also illustrated.And a data center in Beijing has carried on a real test,the test results show that the heat pipe air conditioner system can satisfy the cooling requirement and save about 20%annual energy.
