护士工作满意度问卷的汉化及信度效度检验 被引量:8

Reliability and validity of the Chinese version of the Nursing Workplace Satisfaction Questionnaire

摘要 目的:汉化护士工作满意度问卷(the Nursing Workplace Satisfaction Questionnaire,NWSQ)并检验其信度、效度。方法:通过直译和回译对NWSQ进行汉化,于2019年9—10月用中文版NWSQ对锦州医科大学附属第一医院412名护士进行调查,并进行探索性因子分析。结果:中文版NWSQ的内容效度指数为0.948;探索性因子分析得到3个公因子,累计方差贡献率为74.851%;NWSQ问卷的Cronbach’sα系数为0.950,Guttman分半信度系数为0.819,重测信度系数为0.896(P=0.002)。结论:中文版NWSQ问卷最终包括16个条目,其信度、效度良好,可用于护士工作满意度调查。 Objective:The purpose of this study was to translate the Nursing Workplace Satisfaction Questionnaire(NWSQ)into Chinese,and test its reliability and validity among clinical nurses.Methods:A total of 412 nurses from the First Affiliated Hospital of Jinzhou Medical University,Jinzhou,Liaoning province participated in the study.The NWSQ was first translated into Chinese,and went through back translation and culture adaptation,before it was admitted among Chinese nurses between September and October,2019.Results:The Content Validity Index(CVI)of the Chinese version of the NWSQ was shown at 0.948.Exploratory Factor Analysis(EFA)indicated three factors,and they explained 74.851%of the total variances on workplace satisfaction among nurses.The Cronbach'sαof the NWSQ Chinese version was 0.950;the split-half reliability Guttman coefficient was 0.819,with the test-retest reliability being 0.896 in the current study.Conclusion:The NWSQ Chinese version included 16 items,it demonstrated acceptable reliability and validity in assessing workplace satisfaction among nurses in China.
