知情同意的医学伦理分析--以白内障手术为例

Medical Ethics Analysis of Informed Consent:Taking Cataract Surgery as An Example

以白内障手术为例,从医学伦理角度对患者知情同意权益保护进行探讨。研究发现,白内障手术的知情同意既反映医务人员的职业道德素养,也反映患者是否得到应有的尊重、有利、不伤害、公正的伦理保护。白内障手术伦理关注围手术期管理和知情同意;落实全过程心理干预、心理康复为目标的伦理管理。在医学伦理视角下,建议临床完善《民法典》“具体说明与明确同意”,落实伦理尊重原则;关注保护性治疗、手术愈后和风险用药,落实伦理有利原则;把握知情同意的“不能”或“不宜”,落实伦理不伤害原则;改善服务规范行为,落实伦理公正原则。

This article examines the protection of patient's interest in informed consent from a medical ethics perspective.Informed consent in cataract surgery reflects both professional ethics of medical staff,and the ethical respect patients deserve such as respect,benefit,no harm and justice.The ethical issues of cataract surgery focus on perioperative management and informed consent.It is an ethical management with the goal of psychological intervention and psychological rehabilitation throughout the process.From the perspective of medical ethics,it is recommended to clinically work on the"specific instructions and explicit consent"in Civil Code.Furthermore,future clinical practice should attend to the principle of ethical respect,protective therapy,post-operative,risky medication,the principle of ethical advantage,the"cannot"or"unfavorable"in informed consent,ethical principle of do no harm,service specification,and the ethical principle of justice.
