摘要
概述了园林树木基因组测序历史及其进展,列出已进行基因组测序的55种园林树木及文献来源。介绍以获得全基因组序列为目标的结构基因组学和以基因功能鉴定为目标的功能基因组学的研究内容、基本框架及其在园林树木上的应用进展。最后,对未来园林树木基因组学研究进行了展望。
This paper summarizes the history and progress of genomic sequencing of garden trees,and lists the literature sources of 55 garden trees whose genomes have been sequenced so far.Then the basic framework of the research on plant genomics is introduced,including structural genomics aimed at obtaining whole genome sequencing and functional genomics aimed at identifying the functions of genes.Finally,the paper discusses the application of plant genomics in landscaping and the prospect of future relevant research.
