摘要
探讨胃肠超声评价功能性消化不良(FD)患者胃动力价值。选取149例FD患者,包括上腹痛综合征(EPS)72例(EPS组)与餐后不适综合征(PDS)77例(PDS组),并选取健康体检者75例(对照组),比较各组胃肠超声检查参数。结果表明,应用胃肠超声能准确、直观评价FD患者胃动力状态。
The paper investigates the value of gastrointestinal ultrasound in the evaluation of gastric motility in patients with functional dyspepsia(FD).A total of 149 FD patients are selected,including 72 cases of epigastric pain syndrome(the EPS group)and 77 cases of postprandial discomfort syndrome(the PDS group).Meanwhile,75 healthy subjects(the control group)are selected.We compare the parameters of gastrointestinal ultrasound with oral display aids in each group.The results show that gastrointestinal ultrasonography can accurately and intuitively contribute to the evaluation of gastric motility of patients with FD.
