An Ultrasonic Measurement Technology for Gas Flow with Component and Temperature Compensation

摘要 根据超声波时差法原理,研究气体组分和温度对测量结果的影响。采用一组收发一体式超声波换能器进行气体流量测量,设计了接收信号放大、滤波、比较电路,主控电路和对应控制程序,开发了气体组分和温度补偿程序,制作出高精度的超声波气体流量测量仪。空气流量测试结果表明:当空气流量为5.00 L/min时,该测量仪的测量精度可达±0.03 L/min。该测量仪还适用于不同气体类型的精确测量。 Based on the principle of ultrasonic time difference measurement,the influence of gas composition and temperature on the measurement results is analyzed.In order to make a high-precision ultrasonic gas flow measuring instrument,a set of transmitter-receiver integrated ultrasonic transducers is used to measure gas velocity,and then the circuits for receiving amplified,filtered and contrasted signals are designed with a main control circuit and corresponding control program.Besides,gas component and temperature compensation programs are developed.The experimental results show that the measurement accuracy of the system can reach±0.03 L/min when the air flow is 5.00 L/min.The system is also suitable for accurate measurement of different gas types.
