基于德尔菲法构建“互联网+双向+游戏+科普”模式的药学科普交互平台 被引量:2

摘要 目的:本研究通过德尔菲法,构建了"互联网+双向+游戏+科普"模式药学科普交互平台,希望能够为药学科普面临的困境提供新的解决思路。方法:通过查阅国内外文献及参考指南、基于现状调查、借鉴现有成功的交互平台,形成初步体系后进行两轮德尔菲专家函询,确定适用的交互平台构建指标。结果:经过两轮的专家函询,各项数据说明专家对本研究的积极性较高且具有较高的权威性,专家咨询的精确度较高。而两轮函询后,专家的意见趋于一致,对每项指标的评价不存在较大分歧,专家意见相对统一,结果可信度高。最后通过指标均数、重要性选择率以及变异系数三重标准进行指标筛选,构建出4项一级指标,10项二级指标,30项三级指标,在理论层面上构建了一个以现有技术实现的药学科普交互平台。结论:基于德尔菲专家法模拟构建药学科普交互平台是具有较高科学意义的,并且今后可在本研究的基础上,真正构建出该平台,进一步体现其应用效果。 OBJECTIVE To construct a pharmaceutical science popularization platform containing Internet + two-way + game + popular science with a Delph method so as to provide new thoughts for resolving the dilemma of pharmaceutical science popularization.METHODS Through consulting the literature and relevant manuscripts, a current situation survey was performed. With lessons drawn from the existing successful interaction platforms, two rounds of Delphi expert consultation were conducted after forming an initial system. The hierarchical indicators of pharmaceutical science popularization platform were screened.RESULTS After two rounds of expert consultation, it indicated that experts were more active and authoritative in this research and the accuracy of expert consultation was high. After two rounds of consultation, the experts’ opinions gradually converged and no great differences existed in the evaluation of each index. The expert opinions were highly coordinated and the results were highly reliable. Finally the indicators were screened by the triple standards of index mean, importance selection rate and coefficient of variation. The pharmaceutical science popularization systems contained 4 first-level indicators, 10 second-level indicators and 30 third-level indicators. It could be realized by existing technologies at the theoretical level.CONCLUSION It is of high scientific significance to construct an interactive platform for pharmaceutical science popularization by Delphi. In the future, this platform may be further implemented and verified.
