With the current rapid development of social economy and science and technology,people􏌬s quality of life is getting higher and higher,and electrical equipment also plays a more important role in people􏌬s production and life.However,in the current electrical installation engineering of buildings,there are still certain defects and shortcomings in the lightning protection grounding construction.For example,there are certain hidden dangers in project management and personnel management.Therefore,it is necessary to establish the safety awareness of construction personnel,improve construction ability,and at the same time ensure that the construction plan and management measures are scientifi c and reasonable,always put construction safety in the fi rst place,and ensure the quality of construction and installation projects.Based on this,this article fi rst introduces the lightning protection and grounding technology for building installation,then analyzes its existing problems and shortcomings,and fi nally elaborates on the construction technology,and gives the corresponding optimization countermeasures,hoping to provide relevant personnel for reference place.
