补中益气汤联合多潘立酮对帕金森病胃排空延迟脾胃虚弱证患者的临床疗效

Clinical effects of Buzhong Yiqi Decoction combined with domperidone on patients with Parkinson’s disease and delayed gastric emptying due to Spleen and Stomach Weakness

目的探讨补中益气汤联合多潘立酮对帕金森病胃排空延迟脾胃虚弱证患者的临床疗效。方法 80例患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组40例,对照组给予多潘立酮,观察组在对照组基础上加用补中益气汤,疗程1个月。检测临床疗效、胃肠道症状评分、胃排空率、胃电图指标(胃电振幅、胃电频率、胃电节律)、中医证候评分、胃肠激素(MTL、SP、SS、VIP)变化。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组胃肠道症状评分、中医证候评分、SS、VIP降低(P<0.05),胃排空率、胃电图指标、MTL、SP升高(P<0.05),以观察组更明显(P<0.05)。结论补中益气汤联合多潘立酮对帕金森病胃排空延迟脾胃虚弱证患者的临床疗效良好,其作用机制可能与调节相关脑肠肽水平有关。

AIM To explore the clinical effects of Buzhong Yiqi Decoction combined with domperidone on patients with Parkinson’s disease and delayed gastric emptying due to Spleen and Stomach Weakness.METHODS Eighty patients were randomly assigned into control group(40 cases) for 1-month administration of domperidone, and observation group(40 cases) for 1-month administration of both Buzhong Yiqi Decoction and domperidone. The changes in clinical efficacy, gastrointestinal symptom scores, gastric evacuation rate, electrogastrogram indices(gastric electrical amplitude, gastric electrical frequency, gastric electric rhythm), TCM symptom socres and gastrointestinal hormones(MTL, SP, SS, VIP) were detected.RESULTS The observation group demonstrated higher total effective rate than the control group(P<0.05). After the treatment, the two groups displayed decreased gastrointestinal symptom scores, TCM symptom socres, SS and VIP(P<0.05), and increased gastric evacuation rate, electrogastrogram indices, MTL and SP(P<0.05), especially for the observation group(P<0.05). CONCLUSION For the patients with Parkinson’s disease and delayed gastric emptying due to Spleen and Stomach Weakness, Buzhong Yiqi Decoction combined with domperidone shows good clinical efficacy, whose mechanism may contribute to the regulation of related brain-gut peptide levels.
