摘要
应用Dy-Fe-Al合金粉末作为渗材,对于工业生产的高铈(Ce)元素(含量为7.4 wt%)的N42烧结Nd-Fe-B磁体进行渗Dy处理。结果表明,渗Dy处理显著提高磁体的内禀矫顽力,同时剩磁稍有降低;当Dy元素渗入量为0.36 wt%时,尺寸规格为30 mm×13.75 mm×2.3 mm(长×宽×厚度)的磁体,其内禀矫顽力上升幅度达到450.5 kA/m,而剩磁下降幅度仅为19 mT;渗Dy处理磁体具有良好的温度稳定性。另一方面,随着Dy渗入量增多,磁体抗弯强度先明显上升,而后下降。
Dy-diffusion process experiments with Dy-Fe-Al alloy powders were conducted on mass-produced N42 sintered Nd-Fe-B magnets with a Ce content of 7.4 wt%.Based on the experimental results,Dy-diffusion process resulted in a significant increase of intrinsic coercivity and a very small decrease of remanence;when the mass fraction of the Dy element diffused into 30 mm×13.75 mm×2.3 mm base magnets was 0.36 wt%,a 450.5 kA/m intrinsic coercivity increase and a 19 mT remanence decrease were produced;the Dy-diffusion processed magnets possessed relatively satisfactory temperature stability.On the other hand,as the mass fraction of the Dy element diffused into base magnets was enhanced,the bending strength first markedly rose and then showed a tendency to drop.
