羰基铁粉/纳米晶FeSiCrB合金复合高频软磁材料制备及应用特性 被引量:5

Preparation and performances of high-frequency soft magnetic material composed of carbonyl iron/nanocrystalline FeSiCrB alloy powders

摘要 利用Na2SiO3水溶液对羰基铁粉(Fe)和FeSiCrB纳米晶合金粉进行表面绝缘处理,制备不同质量比Fe/FeSiCrB的复合磁心,考察了两种磁粉质量比对复合磁心微观结构、磁性能和力学性能的影响。随着羰基铁粉占比的增大,复合磁心的密度提高、内部孔隙率降低,有效磁导率相应提高,直流偏置性能呈现小幅降低,压溃强度增大。当Fe:FeSiCrB质量比为6:4时,复合磁心在1 MHz处有效磁导率为33.9,在100 Oe偏置场作用下μ(H)/μ(0)为86.4%。基于上述复合磁心的一体成型电感仿真结果显示,电感值随着羰基铁粉占比增大相应提高,同时电感外部的漏感能量分布比例逐渐降低。 Carbonyl iron powders(Fe)and FeSiCrB nanocrystalline alloy powders were insulated by Na2SiO3 aqueous solution,respectively,and then Fe/FeSiCrB composite cores with different mass ratios were prepared.The effects of mass ratios of the two kinds of magnetic powders on the microstructure,magnetic properties and mechanical properties of the composite cores have been investigated.With increasing proportion of carbonyl iron powders,the density of the composite core increases,while the internal porosity decreases.The effective permeability increases correspondingly,but the DC-bias properties decreases slightly.Moreover,the crushing strength shows an obvious increase.When the mass ratio of Fe:FeSiCrB is 6:4,the effective permeability of the composite core is 33.9 at 1 MHz,and theμ(H)/μ(0)is 86.4%under 100 Oe DC-bias field,respectively.The simulation results of the molding inductors based on the above composite cores show that the inductance value increases with the increasing proportion of carbonyl iron powders,meanwhile the distribution proportion of leakage inductance energy outside the inductor decreases gradually.
