摘要
不间断电源(UPS)系统的可靠性对供电系统运行至关重要,其内部的关键功能器件对供电系统的安全运行起着决定性作用。对UPS系统中关键功能器件磁性元件可靠性、电气性能及体积进行分析。提高磁性元件性能及可靠性、缩小体积、减轻重量,可显著提高UPS系统效率、延长UPS系统使用寿命、提高UPS系统供电可靠性,避免UPS故障对关键负荷的安全运行造成较大伤害。
The reliability of the uninterrupted power system(UPS)is very important for the operation of the power supply system and the UPS’s key components play decisive roles in the safe operation of the system.Magnetic components are key components for UPS,and the reliability,electrical performance and volume of magnetic components are analyzed in this paper.It is concluded that improving the performance and reliability,reducing volume and weight of magnetic components will significantly improve the efficiency and reliability of UPS.Also,it will lengthen working life of UPS and reduce the probability of failure risk.
