农村体育社会组织价值功能及其实现路径研究

The Value Function and Realizing Path of Rural Sports Social Organization

运用文献资料、逻辑分析等研究方法,对我国农村体育社会组织的价值功能及其实现路径进行研究。认为农村体育社会组织对于国家和社会而言,具备着政治、经济、生活和文化功能;对于乡村而言,承担着新时代乡村建设中物质文明和精神文明建设的载体功能;对于组织自身及组织成员个体而言,能够提升组织自我治理能力和个体综合素质。在此基础上,提出了农村体育社会组织的发展路径:(1)重视农村体育社会组织的社会治理作用;(2)抓住乡村振兴战略机遇,综合施策,促进农村体育社会组织发展;(3)加强和完善农村体育社会组织内部治理。

By means of literature and logic analysis,this paper studied the value function and Realizing Path of the rural sports social organization.To our country and society,rural sports social organizations undertake political,economic,life and cultural functions;to the rural villages,it was a carrier of material civilization and spiritual civilization construction in new era;to the in⁃dividual members of the organization,it helped to improve governing ability of organization and individual comprehensive quali⁃ty in the organization.Accordingly,the author proposes the realizing path of rural sports social organization as:1)paying more attention to its social governance role;2)Seizing the strategic opportunity of rural revitalization and taking comprehensive meas⁃ures to promote its development;3)Strengthening and improving its internal governance.
