摘要 通过文献资料、问卷调查、实验、数理统计等研究方法,探讨健康体适能的相关概念,对健康体适能教学法与特殊学校传统体育教学方法进行分析,探究健康体适能教学法与特殊学校传统教学法相结合的必要性和可行性,旨在推动健康体适能教学法在特殊学校的应用与发展,补充和完善特殊学校的教学手段与方法,进一步促进特殊教育事业的发展。研究结果发现:实验组的上肢肌力有明显的提高,心肺耐力、身体质量指数、柔韧性以及皮脂厚度在实验前后无明显提高;健康体适能的教学方法能调动特殊学生参加体育活动的积极性。 in this paper,through the research methods of literature,questionnaire,experiment and mathematical statistics,we discuss the related concepts of healthy physical fitness,analyze the necessity and feasibility of combining healthy physical fit⁃ness teaching method with traditional physical education teaching method in special schools,and aim to promote the application and development of healthy physical fitness teaching method in special schools,supplement and in special schools,and further promote the development of special education.The results showed that the muscle strength of the upper limbs of the experimen⁃tal group was significantly improved,with cardiopulmonary endurance,body mass index,flexibility and sebum thickness There was no obvious improvement before and after the experiment,and the teaching method of healthy physical fitness can arouse the enthusiasm of special students'sports activities.
