大运河国家文化公园圈层治理研究

Study on Circle Governance of Grand Canal National Cultural Park

大运河国家文化公园是建设“文化强国”的时代命题,是“大运河”和“国家文化公园”建设的融合体,具有多圈层治理结构与特征。基于文化圈层理论,分析大运河国家文化公园功能和治理意义,确定其圈层治理结构与模式,针对不同圈层找准着力点,为大运河国家文化公园圈层治理提供路径与优化建议。

The Grand Canal National Cultural Park is the proposition of the times for the construction of a “cultural power”.It is the integration of the construction of the“ Grand Canal”and the “National Cultural Park”.It has a multi-layer governance structure and characteristics.Based on the theory of cultural circles,this paper analyzes the functions and governance significance of the Grand Canal National Cultural Park,determines its circle governance structure and mode,finds out the focus for different circles,and provides paths and optimization suggestions for the circle governance of the Grand Canal National Cultural Park.
