强风区柔性拦阻防风偏方案研究 被引量:3

摘要 沿海电网经常受到台风和强风的侵袭,台风和强风造成风偏闪络、断线甚至倒塔的事故时有发生,其中最频发、最主要的故障类型是风偏跳闸。针对此情况,在充分调研现有防风偏方案的基础上,提出了一种强风区新型柔性拦阻防风偏方案。在塔身与横担之间增加由复合材料制成的绝缘拦阻索,在大风工况下,限制风偏角度,从而避免风偏闪络,提高了线路的防风能力。 The coastal power grids are often attacked by typhoon and strong wind.The accidents of windward flashover,disconnection and even tower collapse caused by typhoon and strong wind occur from time to time.The most frequent and main type of fault is windward tripping.On the basis of full investigation of the existing wind-deflection resistance schemes,a new flexible arresting scheme is proposed.An insulating arresting cable made of composite material is added between the tower body and the cross arm.In strong wind conditions,it can limit the wind deflection angle,so as to avoid the wind deflection flashover and improve the wind proof ability of the line.
