换流站主动排油自动化系统的设计

摘要 为避免特高压换流站换流变压器失火时油枕里的油导致火势继续扩大,设计了一套换流站主动排油自动化系统。该系统能在换流变压器着火时,通过可靠的逻辑判断把换流变压器油快速排出,避免设备事故的扩大。该系统已应用于特高压换流站中,实际证明了该系统动作准确、节省人力,提高了运行人员的工作效率和安全性。 In order to avoid the fire spread caused by the oil in the oil pillow of extra high voltage converter station transformers.An automatic system is designed for active oil discharge.The system can quickly drain the oil in transformer through reliable logic judgment when the transformer is on fire,so as to avoid the expansion of equipment accidents.Now the system has been used in extra high voltage converter station.It has been proven that the system is accurate,labor-saving.The work efficiency and safety of operators are improved.
