湿式石灰石-石膏法脱硫废水终端固化处理工艺比较与分析

摘要 介绍了蒸发结晶技术与烟道蒸发技术的工艺原理及流程,并分别对多效蒸发结晶、蒸汽机械再压缩结晶、烟道喷雾蒸发及旁路烟气蒸发工艺的处理效果、运行可靠性及经济成本等因素进行了详细的分析与比较,结果表明:旁路烟气蒸发技术具有占地面积小、系统简单、运行可靠性高等优点。 This article summarizes the process principles and process flow of evaporation crystallization technology and flue evaporation technology in detail,and separately analyzes the treatment effects,operation reliability,economic cost and other factors of multi-effect evaporative crystallization,steam mechanical recompression crystallization,flue spray evaporation and by-pass flue gas evaporation processes.The results show that the bypass flue gas evaporation technology has the advantages of small floor area,simple system and high operation reliability.
