摘要
针对国产200 MW火力发电机组低压缸零功率改造后,因采暖抽汽流量增加26.8%,导致原有加热器换热面积不足,在原位置加热器增容改造后又无法满足切缸调节蒸汽匹配的问题,对"低压缸零功率"配套的热网加热器进行换型增容改造,保证了低压缸零功率改造后供热输出最大,确保了热网系统的安全稳定运行,提高了机组的运行经济性。
After the zero power transformation of low-pressure cylinder of domestic 200 MW thermal power generating unit,the heating extraction flow increased by 26.8%,resulting in insufficient heat exchange area of the original heater.After the capacity increase transformation of the heater in the original position,it can not meet the steam matching of cylinder cutting regulation.The type change and capacity increase transformation of the supporting heat network heater of"zero power of low pressure cylinder"ensures the maximum output of heat supply after the zero power transformation of low pressure cylinder,ensures the safe and stable operation of heat network system and improves the economy of unit operation.
