迈克尔·佩斯(Michael Pace)博士,2021年7月起,任国际项目管理协会(International Project Management Association,IPMA)美国分会主席。他亦是德州农工大学(Texas A&M University)的助理教授。2018年,他成立了一家名为Diverging Roads的咨询公司。他是一位以客户为中心的管理专家和问题解决者.

Michael Pace has been the president of IPMA-USA since July 2021.He is a customer-focused management expert and problem solver.In the interview,he shares his story with project management,his view on project management methodology,how to define project success and failure,how to survive in the VUCA era,and so on.
