创业教育、创业榜样与大学生创业意向关系的研究——基于计划行为理论 被引量:12

On the Relationship between Entrepreneurship Education,Entrepreneurship Model and Undergraduates Entrepreneurial Intention——Based on the theory of planned behavior

摘要 基于2017年对南京3所不同类型高校进行的“大学生职业发展意向与就业创业教育”的调查,以3219份有效问卷为样本,运用Mplus软件对理论模型的路径进行分析,探究创业教育、创业榜样与大学生创业意向之间的内在关系,并且着重分析计划行为理论的三要素在其内在关系中是否发挥中介效应,结果发现:虽然创业教育与创业榜样显著地正向影响大学生的创业意向,但其作用的发挥必须通过其他中介变量才能对创业意向产生更深远的影响。开展创业教育与树立创业榜样必须从激发大学生对创业的热情入手,让大学生感知到周围的人对其创业行为的支持,同时使大学生掌握创业相关技能,增强大学生对创业的信心。 Based on a 2017 survey conducted in three different types of universities in Nanjing about college students career development intentions and the employment and entrepreneurship education,the research adopted 3219 valid questionnaires as samples,used the Mplus software to analyze the path of the theoretical model,explored the relationship among the entrepreneurship education,entrepreneurial role models and college students entrepreneurial intentions and focused especially on analyzing whether the three key elements of planned behavior theory play a mediating effect on their internal relationships.It is found that although entrepreneurial education and entrepreneurial role models have significantly positive influence on college students entrepreneurial intentions,their role must be played through other intermediary variables to have a more profound impact on entrepreneurial intentions.Carrying out entrepreneurship education and setting an entrepreneurial role model must start with stimulating college students enthusiasm for entrepreneurship,allow college students to perceive the support of their entrepreneurial behavior,and meanwhile enable college students to master entrepreneurial skills and enhance their confidence in entrepreneurship.
