摘要
骨缺损是骨科比较常见而且是亟待解决的临床难题之一。组织工程技术通过模拟体内骨组织生长过程来治疗骨缺损,是目前主流研究技术。水凝胶是一种高分子凝胶,具有独特的三维网状结构和良好的生物相容性,不仅能模拟人体组织的水环境,还可以根据周围环境产生性状变化,能够有效应用于骨缺损的研究和治疗。
Bone defect is one of the common and urgent clinical problems in orthopedics.Tissue engineering technology is the mainstream research technology to treat bone defect by simulating the growth process of bone tissue in vivo.Hydrogel is a kind of polymer gel with unique three-dimensional network structure and good biocompatibility.It can not only simulate the water environment of human tissues,but also produce character changes according to the surrounding environment,which can be effectively applied in the research and treatment of bone defects.
