摘要
激素性股骨头坏死是长期或大剂量应用激素类药物,导致股骨头血液供应受损,局部循环障碍,导致骨细胞、骨髓造血细胞及脂肪细胞坏死,继而导致股骨头结构改变、塌陷、关节功能障碍。近年来,"血管学说"在激素性股骨头坏死的病理生理机制起着主导作用并被逐步认可,与血管相关的显微外科移植技术对于治疗早期激素性股骨头坏死疗效显著。本研究旨在对于激素性股骨头坏死中有关血管的发病机制作以综述,以期指导临床治疗。
Steroid-associated osteonecrosis of the femoral head is the long-term or high-dose application of steroid hormon drugs,which leads to impaired blood supply to the femoral head,local circulation disorders,necrosis of bone cells,bone marrow hematopoietic cells and fat cells,and then leads to structural changes and collapse of the femoral head,joint dysfunction.In recent years,"vascular theory"has played a leading role in the pathophysiological mechanism of steroid-associated osteonecrosis of the femoral head and has been gradually recognized.Vascular-related microsurgical transplantation techniques have taken an important effect on the treatment of early steroid-associated osteonecrosis of the femoral head.This study aims to review the pathogenesis of blood vessels in steroid-associated osteonecrosis of the femoral head,in order to guide clinical treatment.
