摘要
牛津膝关节单髁置换术(OUKA)治疗侧室膝骨关节炎已成熟地应用于临床中,其手术疗效令人满意。但聚乙烯垫片脱位是常见的并发症,易导致术后翻修,给患者带来巨大的经济和心理负担。本文旨在阐述引起单髁置换聚乙烯垫片脱位的机制、常见原因、预防措施和处理方法,为关节科医师更新相关理论知识和临床经验,为广大膝骨关节炎患者探索更优的手术方案和临床预后。
Oxford unicompartmental knee arthroplasty(OUKA)for the treatment of lateral ventricular knee osteoarthritis has been relatively mature and applied in clinical practice,with satisfactory surgical effect.However,polyethylene spacer dislocation of Oxford monocondylar replacement prosthesis is a common complication,which is easy to lead to postoperative revision and brings great economic and psychological burden to patients.The purpose of this paper is to describe the mechanism,common causes,preventive measures and treatment methods of polyethylene spacer dislocation caused by single condyle replacement,so as to update relevant theoretical knowledge and clinical experience for arthrologists,and to explore a better surgical plan and clinical prognosis for the majority of patients with knee osteoarthritis.
