“新冠”疫情下青少年社会孤立对创伤后应激障碍与成长的影响:心理需要满足与自我表露的中介作用 被引量:17

The Mediation Roles of Psychological Needs Satisfaction and Self-disclosure between Social Isolation and PTSD/PTG among Adolescents under the COVID-19 Epidemic

摘要 目的:考察"新冠"疫情下青少年社会孤立、心理需要满足、自我表露与创伤后应激障碍(PTSD)和创伤后成长(PTG)之间的关系。方法:采用疫情暴露问卷、社会孤立调查表、基本心理需要满足量表、痛苦表露指数量表、PTSD症状核查表和创伤后成长问卷对湖北某地区的683名中学生进行测查,研究采用结构方程模型来检验变量之间的关系。结果:在控制疫情暴露之后,社会孤立可以直接加剧PTSD,但不能直接影响PTG;社会孤立可以分别通过心理需要满足和自我表露间接地正向预测PTSD、负向预测PTG,还可以通过心理需要满足经自我表露的多重中介作用间接地正向预测PTSD、负向预测PTG。结论:心理需要满足和自我表露在社会孤立与PTSD之间的关系中发挥部分中介作用,在社会孤立与PTG之间的关系中发挥完全中介作用。 Objective:In order to examine the relations among social isolation,psychological needs satisfaction,selfdisclosure,and post-traumatic stress disorder(PTSD)/post-traumatic growth(PTG)among adolescents under the COVID-19 epidemic.Methods:This study investigated 683 middle school students in Hubei Province by using an epidemic exposure questionnaire,a social isolation questionnaire,a basic psychological needs satisfaction scale,a distress disclosure index scale,a PTSD symptoms checklist,and a posttraumatic growth scale.Structural equation model was built to examine the relations among main variables.Results:After controlling for epidemic exposure,social isolation directly aggravated PTSD,but had no direct effects on PTG.Social isolation indirectly and positively predicted PTSD,and negatively predicted PTG,through psychological needs satisfaction and self-disclosure,respectively;indirectly and positively predicted PTSD,and negatively predicted PTG,through the multiple mediating path from psychological needs satisfaction to self-disclosure.Conclusion:Psychological needs satisfaction and self-disclosure partially mediate the relation between social isolation and PTSD,and fully mediate the relation between social isolation and PTG.
