工作特征对中小学体育教师工作旺盛感的影响:组织支持感和胜任力的中介作用 被引量:6

Job Characteristics and Thriving at Work of Physical Education Teachers in Primary and Secondary Schools:The Chain Mediating Role of Perceived Organizational Support and Competence

摘要 目的:探讨工作特征对中小学体育教师工作旺盛感的影响以及组织支持感和胜任力的中介作用。方法:采用中小学教师工作特征问卷、组织支持感量表、教师胜任力测验和工作旺盛感量表对323名中小学体育教师进行调查。结果:①相关分析显示,工作特征的工作挑战和工作资源与组织支持感、胜任力及工作旺盛感之间呈显著正相关,工作阻碍与组织支持感、胜任力及工作旺盛感之间呈显著负相关,且组织支持感、胜任力和工作旺盛感之间两两相关。②工作挑战通过三条间接路径对工作旺盛感产生影响:组织支持感和胜任力的单独中介及两者的链式中介;工作阻碍通过两条间接路径对工作旺盛感产生影响:组织支持感的单独中介及组织支持感和胜任力的链式中介;工作资源对工作旺盛感的间接影响通过三条路径实现,组织支持感和胜任力的单独中介及两者的链式中介。结论:工作特征通过组织支持感和胜任力的单独中介作用及组织支持感和胜任力的链式中介作用间接影响中小学体育教师的工作旺盛感。 Objective:In order to explore the influence of job characteristics on thriving at work and the mediating role of perceived organizational support and competence in physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools.Methods:323 physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools were investigated to complete teacher’job characteristics scale,the survey of perceived organizational support,teachers’competence inventory and the survey of thriving at work.Results:①Correlation analysis showed that job characteristics,perceived organizational support,competence and thriving at work were correlated with each other.②Job challenges affect thriving at work of physical education teachers through three indirect effects,namely,the independent mediating role of perceived organizational support and competence,and the chain mediating role of the two.Job hindrances affect thriving at work of physical education teachers through two indirect effects,namely,the independent mediating role of perceived organizational support and the chain mediating role of the perceived organizational support and competence.Job resource affects thriving at work of physical education teachers through three indirect effects,namely,the independent mediating role of perceived organizational support and competence,and the chain mediating role of the two.Conclusion:Job characteristics can indirectly predict thriving at work of physical education teachers through individually perceived organizational support,competence and their chain mediating role.
