Objective:The current study aimed to explore whether patients with obsessive-compulsive disorder(OCD) have symptoms of anhedonia and the characteristics anhedonia. Methods:A total of 110 patients with OCD and 90 healthy controls(HCs)were assessed with RPAS-C,RSAS-C and CV-TEPS,Y-BOCS,and BDI.Analyses of covariance(ANCOVA)were used to compare the differences of anhedonia among OCD patients and the HCs.Regression analyses were used to analyze the effect of clinical variables in OCD patients on anhedonia. Results:Compared with HCs,OCD patients had lower scores on the physical anhedonia, social anhedonia and consummatory pleasure scale(P<0.005),but not the consummatory pleasure scale(P>0.05).No significant associations were observed for all the regression models(P>0.050).Conclusion:OCD patients exhibit the physical anhedonia, social anhedonia, consummatory anhedonia but not anticipatory anhedonia.
