摘要
目的:探讨大学生错失恐惧和社交媒体成瘾的因果关系。方法:采用错失恐惧量表和社交媒体成瘾量表对405名大学生进行间隔8个月的两阶段追踪调查,使用AMOS23.0进行交叉滞后模型分析。结果:错失恐惧与社交媒体成瘾在两次测量中呈正相关(T_(1)r=0.33;T_(2)r=0.49,Ps<0.01);大学生初始的错失恐惧水平能够预测8个月后的社交媒体成瘾程度(β=0.11,P<0.01),最初的社交媒体成瘾水平能够预测8个月后的错失恐惧水平(β=0.20,P<0.001)。结论:错失恐惧和大学生社交媒体成瘾能够交互影响。
Objective:To explore the direction of the relationship between fear of missing out and social media addiction.Methods:405 college students were recruited to complete the fear of missing out scale and social media addiction scale in an 8-month follow-up study.Amos23.0 was used for cross-lagged regression analysis.Results:There was a positive relation between fear of missing out and social media addiction in college students at both cross-sectional levels(T_(1)r=0.33;T_(2)r=0.49,Ps<0.01).The cross-lagged analysis indicated that,after controlling for the correlation between fear of missing out and social media addiction at time1 and time 2,fear of missing out at time1 could positively predict social media addiction at time2(β=0.11,P<0.01),and social media addiction at time1 could positively predict fear of missing out at time2(β=0.20,P<0.001).Conclusion:The findings suggest that there is a reciprocal longitudinal relationship between fear of missing out and social media addiction in college students.
