练江流域水污染治理历程及成效 被引量:6

摘要 练江流域作为粤东五大河流中水污染最严重的河流,治理工作长年滞后.2018年开展了新一轮全面流域治理规划,大力建设污水处理厂及配套管网,配合关停搬迁沿岸纺织印染和造纸等重污染企业、查处偷排行为,以及进行大量河面垃圾清理及河底清淤,终于使得练江水质逐步改善,海门湾断面,2020年达到《地表水环境质量标准》(GB 3838-2002)Ⅴ类标准,2021年1月至4月达到GB 3838-2002 Ⅳ类标准. Lianjiang river basin is the most serious water pollution river among the five major rivers in eastern Guangdong province,and its treatment has been lagging behind for many years.In2018,a new round of comprehensive river basin treatment planning was carried out,including the construction of wastewater treatment plant and sewage network,the closure and relocation of heavy polluting enterprises such as textile printing,dyeing and papermaking,the investigation and punishment of illegal drainage,and the removal of river garbage and river desilting.Finally,the water quality of Lianjiang river was gradually improved,and the Haimen Bay section reached classⅤ of the National surface water quality standards water by 2020,and reached class Ⅳ of the National surface water quality standards water by 2021.
