摘要
本文利用盐酸多巴胺制备类黑色素纳米粒子,并采用SEM、FT-IR、UV-vis、XRD等现代分析技术手段对其性能进行测试。再利用类黑色素纳米粒子改性天然生漆,并对涂膜的常规机械性能进行测试。结果表明:4%含量的类黑色素纳米粒子改性漆膜综合机械性能较好,漆膜的固化时间缩短为300min,硬度5H,附着力(百格刀法)为4B,光泽度54.9%,且具有良好的抗紫外线能力、热稳定性和耐碱性。
In this paper, melanin-like nanoparticles were prepared from dopamine hydrochloride. And its properties were characterized by SEM, FT-IR, UV-vis, XRD. Then, the natural lacquer was modified by melanin-like nanoparticles, and the Conventional Mechanical Properties of the film were tested. The results show that the modified paint film with 4% melanin-like nanoparticles modified paint film has better comprehensive mechanical properties. The curing time of the film was reduced to 300 min. Hardness is 5 H.Adhesion force(Baige knife method) is 4 B. Glossiness is 54.9. And it has good UV resistance, thermal stability and Alkali Resistance.
