摘要
以醋酸乙烯酯为主单体,采用丙烯酸和马来酸二丁酯改性,以过硫酸铵为引发剂、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯为增塑剂,制备具有再润湿性能的聚醋酸乙烯酯乳液,并对其外观、黏度、再湿性、固含量、玻璃化转变温度、红外光谱以及剥离强度进行测试和分析。研究结果表明:当m(醋酸乙烯酯)∶m(丙烯酸和马来酸二丁酯)=9∶1时,合成的再湿性胶粘剂的综合性能较优。
Using vinyl acetate as the main monomer,modified with acrylic acid and dibutyl maleate,using ammonium persulfate as initiator and dibutyl phthalate as plasticizer,polyvinyl acetate emulsion with rewetting properties was prepared.And its appearance,viscosity,rewetting performance,solid content,glass transition temperature,infrared spectrum and peeling strength were tested and analyzed.The research results showed that when m(vinyl acetate)∶m(acrylic acid and dibutyl maleate)=9∶1,the comprehensive properties of the synthesized rewetting adhesive was excellent.
