河南省牛肠道病毒感染的流行病学调查与分析 被引量:5

Epidemiological investigation and analysis on bovine enterovirus infection in Henan Province

摘要 牛肠道病毒(BEV)感染为新发疫病,有关其流行病学研究在国内较少。为掌握河南省BEV感染的流行病学本底,本研究利用BEV双抗体夹心ELISA检测方法对采集于2016―2020年河南省不同地区牛群的粪便样品进行了BEV感染的检测与分析。结果表明,河南省不同地区的牛群存在不同程度的BEV感染,且绝大多数地区腹泻牛群BEV检出率明显高于非腹泻牛群;BEV可感染不同品种的奶牛和肉牛,舍饲牛群BEV感染率明显高于半舍饲和放牧牛群。此外,牛群BEV感染一年四季均可发生,且有逐年升高的趋势。上述结果揭示出河南省牛群BEV感染的流行病学本底,为今后该病的防控提供了流行病学理论依据。 Bovine enterovirus(BEV)infection is a newly reported infectious disease.Currently,epidemiological situation of BEV in China remains largely unknown.To understand the BEV infection in Henan province,the double antibody sandwich ELISA method was used to determine and analyze the BEV infection in Henan Province from 2016 to 2020 by detecting fecal samples collected from different areas.The results showed that different BEV infection rates were revealed in cattle herds from different areas of Henan province.For the most regions,the BEV-positive rate was significantly higher in diarrheal samples than those in non-diarrheal samples.The BEV infections were also detected in different species of cows or beef cattle.Moreover,BEV infection rate in cattle herds under house feeding was much higher than theoe cattle herds under the grazing mode or semi-house feeding.In addition,although BEV infection occurred in cattle all year round,its infection rate in summer and autumn was higher than that in spring and winter,and it has a trend of increasing year by year.The above results revealed the epidemiological background of bovine enterovirus infection in Henan Province,and will provide a theoretical basis for the prevention and control of this infection in the future.
