摘要
分析了PVC树脂生产中产生塑化片的原因,针对储槽搅拌器、离心机、星形下料器和输送管线提出了改进措施,并在料仓底部下料管线处增加了振动筛,改造后效果良好。
The causes of plasticized scraps in PVC resin production were analyzed.Improvement measures were put forward to storage tank agitator,centrifuge,star discharger and conveying pipe.A vibrating screen was added to storehouse discharge pipe,and the improvement effect was good.
