气泡和空气湿度对PPVC制品麻点和拉伸性能的影响

摘要 研究了增塑糊中的气泡和空气湿度对PPVC制品中麻点和拉伸性能的影响,并探讨了麻点的形成机制。结果表明:①对增塑糊进行真空脱泡,并延长陈化时间,可充分脱除增塑糊中的气泡,避免PPVC制品中产生麻点,并提高其拉伸性能;②增塑糊适宜在较低的空气湿度条件下储存,否则会因增塑糊吸收空气中的水分而使PPVC制品中产生麻点,并降低其拉伸性能。 The effects of bubbles in plasticized paste and air humidity on pockmarks and tensile properties of PPVC products were studied.The formation mechanism of pockmarks was discussed.The results showed that vacuuming the plasticized paste and prolonging the aging time could fully remove the bubbles in the plasticized paste,avoid pockmarks in PPVC products and improve the tensile properties.The plasticized paste was suitable to be stored under the condition of low air humidity,otherwise the plasticized paste would absorb moisture in the air to cause pockmarks in PPVC products and reduce the tensile properties.
