电石法乙炔产生废气收集治理技术探讨

阐述了电石法乙炔生产过程中废气收集治理的设计思路和设计要求;介绍了废气收集的方法和废气治理的工艺流程,采用废水池加高盖和低盖方式收集废气,采用“碱洗塔+氧化塔+水洗塔+汽水分离器+活性炭吸附”工艺治理废气。

The design idea and requirements of waste gas collection and treatment in acetylene pro-duction by calcium carbide method were described.The method of waste gas collection and the process flow of waste gas treatment were introduced.The waste gas was collected by adding high cover and low cover to waste water pool,and was treated by the process of"alkali washing tower+oxidation tower+water washing tower+steam water separator+activated carbon adsorption".
