聚合母液水回用运行中存在的问题与优化

分析了母液水回用的工艺流程及存在的问题,并对母液水的运行进行了优化改造——增加母液澄清池和用未经冷却处理的高压母液水代替部分去离子水,实现了母液水的充分回收利用,达到了节能减排、稳定生产的目的。

The process flow and existing problems of mother liquor water reuse were analyzed,and the operation of mother liquor water was optimized:a mother liquor clarifier was added,and the highpressure mother liquor water without cooling treatment was used to replace part of deionized water.The full recycling of mother liquor water was realized,achieving the purpose of energy conservation,emission reduction and stable production.
