摘要
采集2013~2018年云南3个主栽烤烟品种的初烤中部叶样品472个,通过统计学方法对其致香物质含量差异及区域特征进行了分析。分析结果表明:K326和云烟87的质体色素降解产物、苯丙氨酸类降解产物含量以及致香物质总量均极显著高于红大的;K326的美拉德反应产物含量显著高于其他两个品种的;类西柏烷类降解产物含量在3个品种间无显著性差异。从致香物质含量的地域分布来看,红大聚为2类,其中昆明烟区单独为一类,其致香物质含量高于其他烟区的;K326聚为2类,其中曲靖市和保山市聚为一类,其他烟区为一类;云烟87聚为4类,其中文山州和昆明市为一类,其致香物质含量最高,大理州为一类,其致香物质含量最低。总之,K326和云烟87致香物质含量的相似性高,但这两者与红大的差异大,且3个品种致香物质含量的地域分布特征差异较大。
The 472 samples of middle leaves of 3 main flue-cured tobacco varieties in Yunnan from 2013 to 2018 were collected,and the content differences and regional characteristics of aroma components were analyzed by statistical method.The results showed that the contents of plastid pigment degrading products,phenylalanine degrading products and total aroma components in K326 and Yunyan87 were much higher than those in Hongda.Maillard reaction products in K326 were much higher than those in other two cultivars,and there was no significant difference in cembranes degrading products among the 3 cultivars.The aroma component of Hongda was clustered as 2 classes,among which kunming was a separate class,and the content of aroma component in Kunming was much higher than other areas.K326 was clustered as 2 classes and Qujin and Baoshan were clustered together with higher content compared with other areas.Yunyan87 was clustered as 4 classes.Wenshan and Kunming was clustered as Ⅰ with high aroma components,and Dali was clustered as Ⅳ with lower components.In 3 main cultivars,there were no significant differences between K326 and Yunyan 87,with high genetic similarity,but they were significantly different from Hongda.There were great differences in regional distribution characteristics of aromatic substances among 3 main cultivars.
