废弃花生油制备塑料脱墨剂及其性能研究

摘要 塑料表面上的印刷油墨会大大降低再生塑料制品的品质,以废弃油脂为原料制备塑料脱墨剂具有较大的经济效益及环境效益。以废弃花生油(DO)、环氧氯丙烷(EPIC)以及三甲胺水溶液(TMA)为原料,通过开环酯化以及季胺化反应合成氯化脂肪酸丙醇三甲铵表面活性剂(DOAA),制备塑料脱墨剂;对制备DOAA的合成条件进行优化,并采用FTIR、Zeta电位对DOAA的结构和性能进行表征。将改性花生油脱墨剂DOAA用于塑料表面油墨的脱除,研究脱墨过程中外界条件对脱墨效果的影响;同时通过能谱分析(EDS)及原子力显微镜(AFM)考察脱墨前后塑料表面的变化。与常规油墨脱墨剂相比,DOAA显示出更好的脱墨效果及更宽的pH值适用范围。 The printing ink on the plastic surface would greatly reduce the quality of recycled plastic products,and the preparation of plastic deinking agent which took waste grease as the raw material had great economic and environmental benefits.In the present paper,deinking agent for plastic(DOAA)was prepared from waste peanut oil(DO)by ring-opening esterification and quaternization with epichlorohydrin(EPIC)and trimethylamine aqueous solution(TMA),respectively.The synthesis conditions of DOAA were optimized,and the structure and properties of DOAA were characterized by FTIR and Zeta potential.The obtained DOAA was used to remove the ink on the plastic surface,and the effect of external conditions on the deinking performance was studied.The energy spectrum analysis(EDS)and atomic force microscope(AFM)were applied to investigate the changes of the plastic surface before and after deinking.Compared with other conventional deinking agents,DOAA showed a better deinking performance and a wider application range of pH value.
