现状与趋势:基于Citespace的国内职业培训研究探析

Research on Domestic Vocational Training Based on CiteSpace:Current Situation and Trend

利用Citespace软件分析国内职业培训研究的现状发现,学者们对职业培训的愈加重视,职业培训研究的发文量总体呈上升的趋势,但研究作者和研究机构的发文量普遍不多,合作发文量更少,这可能是由于学者们缺乏合作的意识而导致的,阻碍了职业培训研究的发展。通过分析职业培训研究的脉络演进和热点研究可知,职业技能培训、职业教育及学历教育这些关键词出现的时间比较晚且现在仍被学者们所研究。随着时间的迁移,职业培训研究领域不断出现新的研究热点,未来职业培训研究可能会集中在职业培训质量、就业创业、培训资源建设、模式改革及健全职业培训的支持鼓励政策等方面。

The current situation of vocational training research in China is analyzed by CiteSpace software.It is found that scholars pay more attention to vocational training,and the number of papers published in vocational training research is on the rise in general.However,the number of papers issued by researchers and research institutions is generally small and the number of cooperative papers is less,which may be caused by the lack of awareness of cooperation among scholars.It is very unfavorable to the development of vocational training research.Through the analysis of the evolution of vocational training research and hot research,it can be seen that the key words of vocational skill training,vocational education and academic education appeared relatively late and are still studied by scholars.As time goes on,new research hotspots appear in the field of vocational training research.It is predicted that the future vocational training research may focus more on how to improve the quality of vocational training,how to promote employment and entrepreneurship,how to carry out training resources construction and model reform,and how to improve the support and encouragement policies of vocational training.
