Restrictive Factors and Promotion Strategies of Young Teachers'Teaching Motivation

教学动力表征教学主体实施教学活动和完成教学任务的动机与驱动力。以教学动力为研究核心范式,界定了教学动力概念,探讨了教学动力生成的内在驱动力和外在驱动力。运用内外因分析法,着重阐释青年教师群体的教学动力限制因素,从角色定位、教学评价、职业技能等多种角度提出提升青年教学动力的对策建议。

Teaching motivation represents the motivation and driving force of teaching subjects to implement teaching activities and complete teaching tasks.Taking teaching motivation as the core paradigm of research,this paper is aimed to define the concept of teaching motivation,and discuss the internal and external driving forces of the generation of teaching motivation.Using internal and external factor analysis,it focuses on explaining the restrictive factors of young teachers’teaching motivation,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve young teachers’teaching motivation from various perspectives such as role orientation,teaching evaluation,professional skills and so on.
