随着国内外政治、经济环境的巨大变化,传统的法学人才培养模式已不再适应急剧发展的社会需求,法学人才供需矛盾进一步加剧,迫切需要加快调整法学人才培养模式。介绍国内外法学人才培养的主要模式,在此基础上总结法学人才培养的经验。国外培养模式方面,如制定具体的培养目标、重视司法考试和法学人才的分类培养、与实务部门建立紧密的联系、开设大量的阅读与写作训练等。国内培养模式方面,如重视教学过程中的变革与实践能力提升,重视不同类型的人才培养,包括个性化发展与复合型人才培养、学科竞赛与涉外型人才培养等。

With the tremendous changes in the political and economic environment at home and abroad,the traditional legal talent training model no longer meets the rapidly changing social needs,and the contradiction between the supply and demand of legal talents has further intensified,and we urgently need to accelerate the adjustment of the legal talent training model.The article introduces in detail the main modes of legal personnel training at home and abroad,and on this basis,summarizes the experience and enlightenment of legal personnel training.In terms of foreign training models,such as setting specific training goals,attaching importance to judicial examinations and classified cultivation of legal talents,establishing close ties with practice departments,and offering a large number of reading and writing training.In terms of domestic training models,such as attaching importance to reforms in the teaching process and improvement of practical ability,attaching importance to the training of different types of talents,including individualized development and compound talent training,subject competition and foreign-related talent training,etc.
