工科专业本科生导师制协同就业指导机制探索与实践--以湖北民族大学新材料与机电工程学院为例 被引量:2

摘要 在“新工科”教育背景下,工科专业院校需要培养工程实践能力强、创新能力强、具备国际竞争力的高素质复合型“新工科”人才,而就业是检验人才质量的指标之一。将工科专业本科生导师制与就业指导工作协同发展是当前我国高等教育应用转型的必然要求。本科生导师不仅是学生的德育导师、学业导师、创新导师,也是学生的就业导师。以湖北民族大学新材料与机电工程学院为例,探讨通过完善制度建设、职能界定、奖励考核机制等,构建本科生导师制协同就业指导工作机制,加强和改进各项常态化协同工作机制建设,从而进一步促进高等院校就业服务与人才培养质量。 Under the background of new engineering education,engineering colleges and universities need to train high-quality compound“new engineering”talents with strong engineering practice ability,strong innovation ability and international competitiveness,and employment is one of the indexes to test the quality of talents.It is an inevitable requirement for the application transformation of higher education in China to develop the undergraduate tutorial system and employment guidance.The undergraduate tutor is not only the moral education tutor,the academic tutor,the innovation tutor,but also the employment tutor of the students.Taking the college of new materials and electromechanical engineering of Hubei Minzu University as an example,this paper intends to explore the construction of cooperative employment guidance mechanism of undergraduate tutorial system,strengthen and improve the construction of regular cooperative work mechanism,so as to further promote the quality of employment service and talent training in colleges and universities.
