摘要
调查表明,高职青年教师专业发展六个维度的能力,即专业实践能力、学术研究能力、课程开发能力、职业指导能力、专业精神和职业道德、社会交往能力都有待提升。从线上线下、校内校外、同学科跨学科、同行业跨行业教师学习共同体角度来为当前高职青年教师专业发展提出建议。
The survey indicates that there is large growth space for young higher vocational teachers professional development which includes six abilities,such as professional practice ability,academic research ability,curriculum development ability,professional guidance ability,professional spirit,professional ethics and social communication ability.This paper provides suggestions for the professional development of young higher vocational teachers from the perspective of learning communities,which are either online or offline,on campus or off campus,within the discipline or cross the discipline,within the profession or cross the profession.
