摘要
中西医结合加速康复外科是指在加速康复外科的基础上,引进一系列有中医理论和实践依据的优化措施,减少患者在围手术期的应激反应,提高患者的机体免疫力,以促进患者术后康复。本文是关于中西医结合加速康复外科的上海专家共识。
Chinese medicine in enhanced recovery after surgery refers to introduce a series of optimization measures from the theory and practice of Chinese medicine on the basis of enhanced recovery after surgery,reduce the perioperative stress response of patients,improve their body immunity and finally promote their postoperative rehabilitation.This article is Shanghai’s expert consensus on Chinese medicine in enhanced recovery after surgery.
