摘要
目的:观察神经生物反馈训练治疗局限性癫痫患儿的效果。方法:回顾性分析2019年1月至2020年12月该院收治的78例局限性癫痫患儿的临床资料,按治疗方案不同分为研究组和对照组各39例。两组均给予常规治疗,在此基础上,研究组采用神经生物反馈训练治疗,对照组采用空白神经生物反馈训练治疗。比较两组疗效、治疗前后脑电图参数[总功率、感觉运动节律(SMR)绝对功率、相对SMR功率]水平、脑电图异常度等级和不良反应发生率。结果:研究组治疗总有效率为87.18%,高于对照组的48.72%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组SMR绝对功率和相对SMR功率均高于对照组,脑电图异常度等级低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:神经生物反馈训练治疗局限性癫痫患儿可提高治疗总有效率、SMR绝对功率和相对SMR功率,降低脑电图异常度等级,效果优于空白神经生物反馈训练治疗。
Objective:To observe effects of neurobiological feedback training on children with focal epilepsy.Methods:The clinical data of 78 children with focal epilepsy admitted to the hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different treatment plans,they were divided into study group and control group,each with 39 cases.Both groups were given conventional medication treatment.On this basis,the study group was treated with the neurobiological feedback training,while the control group was treated with blank neurobiological feedback training.The curative effects,the EEG parameters[total power,sensorimotor rhythm(SMR)absolute power,relative SMR power]levels,the EEG abnormality level and the incidence rate of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after the treatment.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 87.18%(34/39),which was higher than 48.72%(19/39)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the absolute power and the relative SMR power of the study group were higher than those of the control group;the abnormality level of EEG was lower than that of the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:The neurobiological feedback training for the children with focal epilepsy can increase the total effective rate of treatment,the SMR absolute power and the relative SMR power,and reduce the EEG abnormality level.Moreover,it is superior to blank neurobiological feedback training treatment.
