LED红光照射联合他克莫司治疗面部糖皮质激素依赖性皮炎患者的效果 被引量:2

Effects of LED red light irradiation combined with Tacrolimus in treatment of patients with facial glucocorticoid-dependent dermatitis

摘要 目的:观察LED红光照射联合他克莫司治疗面部糖皮质激素依赖性皮炎患者的效果。方法:选取117例面部糖皮质激素依赖性皮炎患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(n=58)和观察组(n=59)。对照组给予他克莫司治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合LED红光照射治疗,比较两组疗效、症状评分、治疗前后皮肤屏障功能指标[经皮肤水分丢失值(TEWL)、红斑总量、皮肤油脂]水平和不良反应发生率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为94.92%,高于对照组的72.41%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗2周、4周后,两组症状评分均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组TEWL、红斑总量均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,两组皮肤油脂含量高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为10.17%,与对照组的5.17%比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:LED红光照射联合他克莫司治疗面部糖皮质激素依赖性皮炎患者,可提高治疗总有效率,降低症状评分,以及改善皮肤屏障功能指标水平,优于单纯他克莫司治疗效果。 Objective:To observe effects of LED red light irradiation combined with Tacrolimus in treatment of patients with facial glucocorticoid-dependent dermatitis.Methods:117 patients with facial glucocorticoid-dependent dermatitis were selected as the research objects,and were divided into control group(n=58)and observation group(n=59)according to the random number table.The control group was treated with Tacrolimus,while the observation group was treated with LED red light irradiation on the basis of that of the control group.The efficacy,the symptom score,the skin barrier function index[transepidermal water loss value(TEWL),total erythema,skin oil]levels and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after the treatment.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 94.92%,which was higher than 72.41%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2 weeks and 4 weeks after the treatment,the symptom scores of the two groups were lower than those before the treatment;those of the observation group were lower than those of the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the total levels of TEWL and erythema in the two groups were lower than those before the treatment,and those of the observation group were lower than those of the control group;the skin oil levels of the two groups were higher than before treatment,and that of the observation group was higher than that of the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).However,the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 10.17%,compared with 5.17%in the control group,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusions:LED red light irradiation combined with Tacrolimus in the treatment of the patients with facial glucocorticoid-dependent dermatitis can increase the total effective rate of treatment,reduce the symptom score,and improve the level of skin barrier function indexes.Moreover,it is superior to single Tacrolimus.
