手部经络操在脑梗死患者康复护理中的应用效果

Application effects of hand meridian exercises in rehabilitation nursing of patients with cerebral infarction

目的:观察手部经络操在脑梗死患者康复护理中的应用效果。方法:选取80例脑梗死患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组各40例。对照组应用常规康复护理,观察组在对照组基础上应用手部经络操,比较两组护理前后自我护理能力测定量表(ESCA)评分、Barthel指数评分和Fugl-Meyer运动功能评定量表评分。结果:护理后,两组ESCA评分、Barthel指数评分和Fugl-Meyer运动功能评定量表评分均高于护理前,且观察组明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在常规康复护理基础上应用手部经络操可提高脑梗死患者ESCA评分、Barthel指数评分和Fugl-Meyer运动功能评定量表评分,效果优于单纯常规康复护理。

Objective:To observe application effects of hand meridian exercises in rehabilitation nursing of patients with cerebral infarction.Methods:80 patients with cerebral infarction were selected as the research objects,and were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,40 cases in each group.The control group used routine rehabilitation nursing,while the observation group was given the hand meridian exercises on the basis of that of the control group.The scores of the exercise of self-care agency scale(ESCA),Barthel Index and Fugl-Meyer assessment scale before and after the nursing were compared between the two groups.Results:After the nursing,the scores of ESCA,Barthel index and Fugl-Meyer assessment scale of the two groups were higher than those before the nursing;those of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:On the basis of the routine rehabilitation nursing,the application of hand meridian exercises can improve the scores of ESCA,Barthel index and Fugl-Meyer assessment scale of the patients with cerebral infarction.Moreover,it is superior to single routine rehabilitation nursing.
